Payment Policy
From January 2010 publications can be paid online by either credit card or requesting an invoice.
Training courses may only be paid through an invoice.
Credit/Debit Card
From January 2010 we will accept payments online facility that securely connects to HSBC, one of the largest banks in the world, and facilitates secure processing of credit card transactions online.
Invoice
Training Courses Course bookings made online shall be acknowledged in writing in the form of a course contract, which should be signed and returned to: Courses Manager, Learning Unlimited, Suite 5002, Mile End Mill, 12 Seedhill Road, Paisley PA1 1JS
Confirmation of number of delegates, course programme and venue should be discussed with the Trainer/Courses Manager approximately one month prior to date of course. An invoice will be raised on completion of the course and payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
Publications Publication orders shall be acknowledged by email. If you have not received either an acknowledgement or the publication within 10 days of ordering, please contact us on 0141 561 1150. An invoice will be raised once goods have been dispatched and payment is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. All invoices must be paid by either BACS or cheque and cheques should be made payable to Mott MacDonald Limited. VAT (value added tax) is not applicable to books as they are classed as a zero rated tax item, however VAT is applicable to Training Courses, Posters, DVDs, CD-Roms and Postage and Packaging charges. You will be able to see your final price inclusive of applicable VAT before you confirm your order.
Refund Policy
Training Course Cancellations: As you will be aware, our training is scheduled months in advance, so if you have to cancel this booking a cancellation fee will be charged: Within 2 weeks of event – full fee Within 6 weeks of event – 50% of fee
If for any reason we have to cancel a training course no fee shall be charged and we will try our best to ensure the course is rescheduled to a date suitable for you.
Publications If for any reason you are unhappy with the publication ordered, please return the item in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund (less cost of return postage) to: Learning Unlimited, Suite 5002, Mile End Mill, 12 Seedhill Road, Paisley PA1 1JS
