HOW TO TALK AND LISTEN SO CHILDREN LEARN

This course is designed to help teaching assistants and/or support staff to reflect on what we know about learning and how that should influence their day-to-day practice in the classroom. Participants will learn:

  • how motivation works
  • the value of recognising multiple intelligences
  • to use appropriate communication and feedback skills
